State of Mind is an awareness charity and doesn’t provide support directly. However, on this page are details of various other charities who can provide the support you may need.

Check out the Hub of Hope further down the page which enables you to find mental health support in your area.

We’re here round the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need a response immediately, it’s best to call us on the phone. This number is FREE to call. You don’t have to be suicidal to call us.
