“Working in mental health and improving people’s mental fitness is a lifelong passion and loving sport means working with State of Mind allows me to be involved in my passions. Using sport with State of Mind allows me to get to audiences who do not routinely access NHS support to improve mental fitness in sports clubs, schools, colleges, universities and workplaces. If one person changes their mind about taking their own life and does something different or someone begins to improve their mental fitness by doing simple things every day to keep mentally fit from an early age this is what makes me feel good and drives me on to work with State of Mind.”
