Colin from Manchester Samaritans and Phil from State of Mind were discussing mens health on Radio Manchester on Friday morning with Sam Walker
The discussion ranged from the way men find difficulty accessing support and try to mask the way they feel whilst bottlinmg things up underneath. Colin talked about the fantastic work that is underway in custody suites at weekends and how 150 volunteers cover 24 hour support for people across the city of Manchester.
