State of Mind had a good turnout of runners in the St. Helens 10k that honours the memory of the legendary Steve Prescott
A number of runners braved the hailstones in the morning through to the sunshine later to see the runners home.
Dr. Phil Cooper and Owen Cotterell were running to prepare for the Silverstone Half Marathon, whilst Paul Neill, Liam Durkan and Sarah Cooper completed their first St. Helens 10k races.
