Coventry Bears are inviting all Midlands Community Clubs for the launch of their ‘Bears Ambassador’ scheme.

The aim is to create a vibrant and pro-active network of local ambassadors, all promoting the Bears brand and offering opportunities to fans and the community of Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

Through recruiting a group of motivated ambassadors in education, Community clubs and business, Bears Managing Director Alan Robinson is hopeful of ‘bringing the Bears closer to the community.’

He added: “We are holding a special event to talk about developing a new Ambassador scheme for the club and fans forum. “We would like to invite all Midlands community clubs to attend.

“There will be a number of ways they can benefit and support the wider game in the Midlands by getting involved.” The ambassador Launch and Fans’ Forum evening will take place on Wednesday January 18, at 7.30pm.
