Monday saw the latest State of Mind session being delivered at Carmel Sixth form College in St. Helens
Students from Sport and PE courses took part in the session with former players Jimmy Gittins, Eddie Cunningham and Will Stringer as the sessions continue to gather momemtum across the North West with amateur rugby league clubs and colleges eager to spread the State of MInd message of mental fitness
The numbers of players, officials, coaches and students who have now attended the State of Mind sessions has topped 1000 in the past 18 months
115 students attended the session the largest number ever to attend one session and the college want State of Mind to return to complete a second session with psychology students in January 2013.
