The session will begin the evening where all players will receive their new kit and have photographs taken for the new season.

The 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will be hosting the event as a mark of the trust’s continued support of the State of Mind mental fitness campaign that was co-founded by Trust nurses Phil Cooper and Carol Ede. They went on to win the Nursing Standard National Mental Health Award in 2012 for their work delivering training sessions to Super League and Championship rugby league clubs.5BP logo

Building mental fitness can help players to perform more effectively on the pitch and as former Australian Test forward Craig Fitzgibbon stated on the first State of Mind film, “The body achieves what the mind believes”

State of Mind would like to wish the Crusaders all the very best for the new season
