A Super League season to savour will be re-lived in glorious HD on Sky Sports over the festive season with a series of programmes looking back at 2013.
On Christmas Eve, the very best of the touchdowns scored over a thrilling Super League campaign will be shown on Super League Super Tries at 7.00pm on Sky Sports 2 before Sam Tomkins takes centre stage with a two-hour programme, Sam’s Team Special.
The show is presented by former Wigan and England superstar Sam Tomkins and supported by Sky Sports ‘Living for Sport’ and sees him harness the power of sport to inspire the pupils of two Halifax schools, St Catherine’s and Trinity, as they prepare to merge.
In the battle to set up and run all aspects of their own Rugby League club, barriers are broken and students united.
On New Year’s Eve at 8.00pm on Sky Sports 2, the thrills and spills of a memorable 2013 campaign unfold in Super League XVIII Season Review, which recalls Huddersfield topping the table for the first time in 81 years, and Wigan and Warrington fighting out an Old Trafford blockbuster.
