State of Mind were part of a Time To Change village that popped u0p in the Olympic Park London on Thursday

We all have mental health, like we all have physical health. Both change throughout our lives. And, like our bodies, our minds can become unwell.

Mental health problems might actually be more common than you think. One in four of us will be affected by mental illness in any year. The effects are as real as a broken arm, even though there isn’t a sling or plaster cast to show for it www.time-to-change.org.uk/

Round 25 Super League will be a themed State of Mind round of fixtures beginning on 28th August for the game between Warrington Wolves and Huddersfield Giants.

Sue Baker (Director of Time to Change) was keen to support State of Mind and the work rugby league playus in challenging the stigma associated with mental health issues

State of Mind were honoured to be part of the day (despite the thunder storm early afternoon) and Time to Change volunteers were superbly supportive of our rugby league initiative
