State of Mind visited the York and Selby Rugby League Referees Society earlier this week to deliver the multi award winning State of Mind mental fitness session
A fabulous warm welcome was provided for Danny Sculthorpe, Jimmy Gittins and Dr. Phil Cooper as they visited the York Society following previous sessions in Wigan, Leigh and Widnes referees societies.
The State of Mind team provided a question and answer session following the session and we are extremely grateful for the invite and the great welcome we received
