Hull KR captain Terry Campese has been ruled out for another four weeks with a hamstring injury sustained on his comeback from a knee reconstruction.
The former Canberra Raiders stand-off, who was sidelined for eight months with a knee problem, suffered a minor hamstring tear after going on as a substitute in Sunday’s 38-6 defeat at Huddersfield Giants.
Rovers’ interim head coach James Webster said: “It’s unfortunate news for Terry and the club but the upside is that it’s nothing to do with his knee injury and he’s facing a much shorter time-frame off the field.
“Terry is the ultimate professional and he’ll be doing everything he can to get back out there as quickly as possible but we’ll definitely be without him over the Easter period and maybe one or two matches after that as well.”
State of Mind would like to wish Terry a speedy recovery
