The Rebels are seeking sponsors for 2014 and beyond and State of Mind are proud to be helping to promote the Rebels club in 2014
As you can imagine, it costs money to put a team on the field, and we are hugely grateful to all of the great local businesses that have contributed to allow us to build this club up from nothing in the first quarter of 2013.
Our ambitions are strong, and results on the pitch so far are extremely encouraging. Our first home game was attended by over 200 people, and we sold nearly 50 copies of issue 1 of our season guide ‘Rebel Review’ – click here to view a digital copy. The first home game was also covered by BBC Radio Cornwall and featured on Ross Ellis’ show that afternoon. We have a strong and growing presence on Facebook and twitter as well as a fully operational website that you see here, full analytics of which can be provided to prove how much impact we have had in such a short time.
In recent months our team has appeared regularly in local press such as The West Briton and The Sunday Independent and also in the national weekly Rugby Leaguer & League Express. We have also had full feature articles in two national rugby league publications; Rugby League World and Forty-20. A national feature was also published on the main BBC website and app with an image of our player in our kit.
Our ambition next season is to buy our very own home kit, and we are looking for sponsorships for the season to enable us to do that. We will also be continuing to produce and sell Rebel Review, in which our sponsors are given an opportunity to advertise through that. You can also see below that we give generous web space to our sponsors and also include links to their main websites.
If you own or run a business and would like to speak to us the please contact Club Secretary Rob Butland on robb@cornishrebels.co.uk to see what we can achieve together with you as an official partner to Cornwall’s first and only Rugby League club.
We have sponsorship packages to suit all business types and budgets, as well as being open to discussion on how different businesses might be able to help us in other ways.
