Rugby League Cares is now taking online orders for the specially-produced T-shirt to raise funds for the Danny Jones defibrillator fund.
The T-shirt has been produced in strictly limited numbers and went on sale in the fanzone at St James’ Park, Newcastle, at the Magic Weekend.
And following huge demand from fans who can’t get to see the two-day Super League spectacular, the T-shirt is also available to buy online.
Because of the limited quantities available, Rugby League Cares is unable to sell the T-shirt at Summer Bash so the best way for fans of Championship clubs to support this fantastic cause by sporting a T-shirt at Blackpool is to order their shirt online.
The T-shirts cost £14, including postage and packing, and come in the following sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL. To order, please send an email with details of which T-shirts you would like with your name, full postal address and daytime/evening telephone number to info@RLCares.org.uk
A member of the Rugby League Cares team will contact you from Monday to arrange payment, which can be made by cheque, direct bank transfer or Paypal.
Please remember that stock is very limited and orders will be processed on a strictly first come, first served basis.
Heart defibrillators cost £1,000 and can help save the life of someone suffering a cardiac arrest. Our campaign, which is being led by Lizzie Jones, the wife of former Keighley and Wales player Danny Jones, aims to help every community and junior Rugby League club purchase a defibrillator.
The defibrillator campaign has set a fund-raising target of £50,000: to make a donation please visit our just giving page www.justgiving.com/danny-jones-defibrillator-fund
