Forty-20 magazine’s latest edition features the roll-out of the State of Mind player sessions to amateur clubs in the North West of England as a pilot to then begin to spread the sessions across the country.
State of Mind has trained former players Paul Sculthorpe, Jimmy Gittins, Martin Crompton, Paul Highton and Will Stringer to help deliver the sessions. 
The feature interviews Paul Sculthorpe about the programme and why he has become an ambassador to spread the message that “if you need help, ask for it.”
The sessions have since been delivered at Orrell St. James and Haresfinch ARLFC and the interest continues to grow!
