Hull FC have given contract extensions to prop forward Liam Watts and half-back Jordan Abdull.
Watts, 26, who is currently serving a three-match ban, has signed a new two-year deal that will keep him at the KCOM Stadium until the end of 2020, while Abdull, 21, who is on a season-long loan with Kingstone Press Championship neighbours Hull KR, has extended his stay to the end of 2019.
“It’s really pleasing,” said Watts, who joined the club from Hull KR in 2012. “I had this year and next year and it’s always nice to have that security behind you. It’s great to have it finalised.
“I’ve been here a few years now and it would be great to get a testimonial with the club but I’ve got a big and exciting three and a half years ahead of me.”
