State of Mind this year entered the world of fashion to deliver a State of Mind session and task the students with a design brief

Owen Cotterell State of Mind Trustee (Mocha Productions) was instrumental in liaising with Liverpool John Moores University to ask fashion students to design the latest player tee-shirt that will be worn at the State of Mind Super League Round 21 fixtures with Rugby League Cares in 2016 www.rugbyleaguecares.org/

Luke McGeagh (John Moores fashion student) won the first honour to design the tee shirts basing his design on this year’s international theme and how people deal with change and when experiencing mental fitness issues that they may lack direction or feel lost and need guiding to get the best help available.

Super League players Willie Isa and Ryan Bailey were both interviewed during the day, former players Jon Clarke, Paul Highton and Jimmy Gittins who were discussing elements of change in their lives and they were joined Linzi Prescott the wife of the late ex-player Steve Prescott

The State of Mind Trustees overwhelmingly voted for his design for players to wear in the warm up to this year’s fixtures
