State of Mind have been shortlisted for a National Positive Practice in Mental Health Award in a ceremony taking place tonight in Woking
There are 16 Team / Service Awards for Positive Practice in Mental Health, which are supported by NHS England, Picker Institute Europe, King’s Health Partners, Otsuka Health Solutions, West of England Academic Health Science Network, and HS Consultancy.
State of Mind have been shortlisted in the following category:
Partnership working (Supported by King’s Health Partners) For two or more organisations, acute or mental health, that are working in partnership to break down barriers and provide non-discriminatory positive services that improve the health and well-being of people in an innovative and forward thinking way.
