Former Wales and Salford player and State of Mind presenter Paul Highton has spoken about how he found it difficult to adjust to changing career
‘Highto’ is a State of Mind presenter who has opened up about the changes when he finished playing at the highest level.
Highton played for Waterhead A.R.L. Club prior to turning professional at Halifax in the 1994-95 season. Having represented the GB academy on the 1996 tour down under, he joined Salford in 1998 after he had played 4 matches for Featherstone Rovers. He signed for Salford City Reds in 1998 having also played for Featherstone Rovers and has represented Wales in the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.
