Huddersfield Giants have signed centre or second rower Colton Roche on a two-year deal from Bradford Bulls.
The 24-year-old Ireland international and former Leeds Rhinos academy player will join a host of former Bulls team-mates at the John Smith’s Stadium, including Oliver Roberts, Lee Gaskell, Paul Clough and Adam O’Brien.
“I’d actually spoken to Adam O’Brien before the move and he had nothing to say but good things about the club and that made my decision a bit easier,” Roche said. “It will be good to get behind some other experienced players and hopefully I’ll get some appearances under my belt.”
Giants coach Rick Stone said: “He’s a young lad we feel deserves an opportunity in full-time Super League.”
