State of Mind will be delivering two sessions in very different locations today within the North West Mental Health Foundation Trust
The first session will be delivered to the Community Health Services who deliver a wide variety of community health services across Knowsley and some specialist services in St. Helens. 
The session will explore the State of Mind project and how some of the goals of the project can be used in different environments to deliver health messages
The second session in the afternoon will be delivered to the people who use the services or care for people who who use the services of the 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The session will take place at The Foundry in Widnes to show the work of the project over the past 3 years
