Malcolm Rae one of State of Mind’s co-founders was in London last week meeting with the Minister for Health, Norman Lamb

The meeting explored how sport can help to influence and improve people’s mental health and State of Mind was recognised as an example of great practice in this area.

The meeting explored different ways to improve the mental fitness of the population and to address the stigma that is still prevalent relating to mental health issues

State of Mind would like to thank Norman Lamb for the invite to the meeting and look forward to helping out in any we can in the future and working with colleagues from all sports
