State of Mind Sport were delighted to be invited to attend the Wigan St Cuthbert’s Junior Rugby League Festival last week
There were rugby league teams representing Wigan St Cuthbert’s, Crosfields, Liverpool Lions, Haresfinch, Bank Quay Bulls, Pilkington Recreation and Halton Farnnworth Hornets.
It was an amazing atmosphere, and there were numerous conversations about mental fitness and how teams can work together to improve the mental fitness of their players.
