State of Mind were privileged to present to United Utilities staff last week in Warrington and Ashton-Under-Lyne
The sessions were delivered by State of Mind presenters former player and head coach Phil Veivers, former Super League referee Ian Smith, former player Ian Knott and health professionals Dr. Phil Cooper MBE and Cheryl Forrest
The mental fitness sessions saw over 200 people attending
