The 29-year-old former Leeds Rhinos, Hull FC and Castleford Tigers full-back or winger, who has failed to break in to the Wildcats team so far this year, is set to go straight into Giants coach Paul Anderson’s squad for Sunday’s home game against Hull KR as they seek their first win of the season.
Huddersfield managing director Richard Thewlis said: “A new face will give us a great lift after the difficulties we have faced in the first month of the competition and I thank the Wakefield club for allowing Jordan the chance for top-flight game action.
“He will join a squad that has a number of players shortly coming out of rehab and therefore hopefully give our coach some selection options across the board. In Jordan’s case his utility value will be very useful for us, especially with Easter looming, although under the terms of our agreement he cannot play against the Wildcats.”
