Dads Mental Health Matters is sponsored by Cullen Property, Scotland to support their BIG Rugby Tour 2015 which will encourage men and fathers experiencing conditions including anxiety, depression and PTSD resulting from traumatic births to come forward and get the help they need.
The tour, which aims to reach over 100,000 men, kicks off at Scarlets Rugby in Llanelli on the 8th of November at 9am and runs until the afternoon of 12th of November by which time all the UK’s 30 professional rugby union and league clubs will have been visited.

The sponsoring companies will benefit from some great exposure with the possibility of television, radio, press and social media coverage
The tour is also raising awareness for Movember which now focuses on poor mental health and physical inactivity in men as well as prostate and testicular cancer and State of Mind Sport, a charity that harnesses the power of sport to promote positive mental health among sportsmen and women, fans and wider communities, and ultimately to prevent suicide.
Former Scotland and British Lions legend and newly appointed Dads Matter UK Charity Ambassador Scott Hastings will be joining the team at the end of the tour at Edinburgh’s Watsonian FC on 12th November following the final visit to Edinburgh Rugby.
Mark Williams, co-founder of the soon to be charity states: “We want to raise awareness for men and fathers experiencing mental health challenges in silence and encourage them to come forward as the quicker the help, the quicker the recovery. This is a great opportunity to not only raise a company’s profile but also make a lasting difference to men and their families needing help to get their lives back on track.”
