State of Mind were invited to Whiston Hospital Human Resources department to deliver a State of Mind mental fitness session

The session was delivered by Dr. Phil Cooper from 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust with former Warrington Wolves, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and Leigh Centurions player Ian KnottKnotty

The session took place in the impressive education and training centre and a really warm welcome awaited the State of Mind team. St. Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust provide a full range of acute in-patient, out-patient, day case and emergency services to the local communities of St Helens, Knowsley, parts of Halton and Liverpool, extending to the whole of Cheshire, Merseyside, North Wales and the Isle of Man with the Regional Plastic Surgery and Burns Unit.
