Widnes Vikings Extra Time Group were highly commended at a recent national mental health awards ceremony
The National Positive Practice in Mental Health awards took place earlier this month at a prestigious event at the home of Stoke City Football Club.

The group were highly commended for the work completed in the group that takes place every Tuesday at 6:30 at the Widnes Vikings Stadium on Lower House Lane, Widnes WA8 7DZ supported by State of Mind Sport

17 group members responded to a question about how they enjoyed or benefitted from attending the group scoring positively and all responders scored 8 (1), 9(1) or 10 (15)
