London Broncos produced a storming display as they scored seven tries past Bradford, to inflict a 42-12 win over the Bulls in awful conditions in the capital.

Alex Walker’s try gave the Broncos a seventh minute lead before Elliot Kear made it 12-0. Kevin Larroyer brought the Bulls back into the game but two tries from Matt Garside and one from Willie Barthau put London into a commanding 30-6 lead at the interval.

With the hail battering down at Trailfinders, both teams struggled to get going in the second half but Colton Roche gave the Bulls hope as his converted try closed the scores to 30-12.

But hopes of a Bradford comeback were dashed as Jarrod Sammut finished off a brilliant attacking move before Kieran Dixon rounded off the match with a try right at the end.

London coach Andrew Henderson, “That was right up there with the best performance of the season. Certainly the first half was as good as we have been this season. “It wasn’t so good in the second half. We were a little sloppy and our intensity dropped a bit but we came again in the last 20 minutes and finished off the game very well.”
