State of Mind are heading to Chester Gladiators on Tuesday night to deliver the award winning State of MInd session
The State of Mind programme was established in 2011 with the aim of improving the mental health, wellbeing and working life of rugby league players and communities.
The session will last about 35 minutes and will take place at The Cheshire County Sports Club following open age training and is open to all players, club members, parents and supporters.
Chester Gladiators would like to thank the State of Mind team for offering to come and deliver the session.
