State of Mind presenters Danny Sculthorpe anmd Phil Veivers are fundraising on behalf of State of Mind Sport

Hello we are fundraising by completing a 40/120 Challenge to raise awareness that one person every 40 seconds around the world takes their own life and as former rugby league players that means that 120 people will take their own life during any 80 minute game of rugby.

We are going to walk 120km in 40 hours for our 40/120 challenge and if you would like to donate then click on the link here

We would love people to join myself and twitter @veeno64 on Sunday 9th and Monday 10th May at the beginning of Mental Health Awareness week from 6am at Hollins park hospital grounds, anytime would be much appreciated. We estimate we will be walking for around 12 hours on Sunday and the same again on Monday and others will be doing their version of the 40/120 challenge.

It could be walking up and down stairs 40 times in 120 minutes or 40 times round the block or garden where you live all to raise awareness and in Mental Health Awareness week the theme is getting outside in the environment so try out your own version of a 40/120 challenge.
