Former Wigan Warriors, Wakefield, Huddesrfield, Widnes, Bradford and Castleford player Danny Sculthorpe appeared on ITV’s Granada Reports earlier this week talking about how he recovered from severe depression
Danny spoke about his suicidal thoughts during his darkest times and how he set goals including talking to friends and family that were crucial in his recovery
He mentioned the great support from the RFL and Sporting Chance and the work he completes with State of Mind delivering education sessions relating to mental fitness in a variety of locations
