The Hope 100 Walk will take place this year on Sunday 8th September, and we’re asking you to help us create hope through action by encouraging understanding and sharing experiences of mental health.
The aim of the Hope 100 Walk is to walk and talk with others who are passionate about mental health and together, you’ll be helping people to better understand and manage their own wellbeing.
1 in 100 deaths worldwide are as a result of suicide and we want to start conversations that change the narrative about how we perceive this complex issue.
Starting at the Halliwell Jones Stadium (Warrington) in the early hours of Sunday morning, the route will be 10 miles in total and will follow a circular route, arriving back at the start point in time for sunrise. An accessible walk will also be available (1.5 miles) and will leave from Victoria Park.
At the end of the circular route, there will be an opportunity to reflect as well as enjoying a warm drink as the sun comes up at the home of the Warrington Wolves Rugby League Club.
We would very much like you to join us to raise awareness and tackle the stigma of mental health so by clicking here, you can book your place.
