State of Mind were recently asked to deliver the award winning session for NSG in Alexandra Park St. Helens
The session took place first thing in the morning as part of the company’s health and safety day.
Danny Sculthorpe, Will Stringer, Jimmy Gittins and Dr. Phil Cooper completed the session and were massively impressed with the company’s focus on mental fitness to ensure employees can perform at their peak
The inspirational Andy Reid was present with us and that always gives State of Mind a great thrill to be in Andy’s company
