BBC Sport have confirmed they will live stream the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup fourth round fixture between Oldham and Haydock on Saturday, March 18 (1.00pm).
After an impressive 41,936 viewers tuned in to watch Siddal’s narrow loss to Toronto Wolfpack in the previous round, it’s the turn of North West Men’s League champions Haydock to take on Kingstone Press Championship side Oldham in front of the BBC cameras at Bower Fold.
Haydock are the first-ever eighth-division team to make it through to round four of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup after an impressive 26-12 win at London’s Wests Warriors in round three.
Oldham, who sit six divisions above their opposition, caused an upset of their own last year when they travelled to Super League side Hull Kingston Rovers and beat them 36-22 to reach the last 16.
