State of Mind is coming home to our Trust – past and present players along with Phil Cooper will be delivering sessions to our staff.

As part of the official launch of our new Health and Wellbeing Plan to our staff, past and present rugby league players will be assisting Dr Phil Cooper from our Trust to deliver his award-winning ‘State of Mind’ educational presentations to staff in each of our localities.State of Mind Ireland 14

The first picture shows the launch of State of Mind Ireland in Dublin last month with Danny Sculthorpe (Wigan, Castleford, Bradford, Wakefield and Widnes), Jimmy Gittins (Castleford, Dewsbury and Hunslet) and David Corkery (Munster and Ireland Rugby Union

This is an opportunity to hear about steps to wellbeing that more than 4,500 rugby players, officials and students have so far learned, and to meet former stars of the game.
