State of Mind were honoured to deliver a mental fitness session at Bradford College last week
The session was delivered by Joanne Phillips former rugby league player and head coach and Ian Smith former Super League referee
You might not realise it, but Bradford College has been around for a long time, for 185 years.
Bradford College is one of the biggest colleges in the country, teaching around 20,000 students.
