The State of Mind team will be in Leigh tonight following an invitation from Alan Coleman
The training session that focuses on mental fitness will be delivered after training tonight and State of Mind are looking forward to meeting the players from the successful Conference Challenge Trophy winners 2012.
Tonight’s session will the first in Leigh and sessions have been taking place in St. Helens, Wigan and Preston and we are looking forward to getting to as many amateur clubs in the Warrington, Wigan, St. Helens, Leigh, Widnes and Liverpool areas during the next few months.
State of Mind are exploring how to expand our programme across other areas in the very near future as State of Mind goes from strength to strength. Former players are now helping deliver the sessions as State of Mind has moved from Super League through the Championships and now to the grassroots clubs of rugby league.
