State of Mind volunteers will be at fixtures across the country including

16/08/13 Hull FC v Salford City Reds Friday night
17?08/13 London Broncos v Huddersfield Giants Saturday
17/08/13 Catalan Dragons v Wigan Saturday
18/08/13 Wakefield Trinity Wildcats v St. Helens Sunday
18/08/13 Castleford Tigers v Bradford Bulls
The theme for this year will be the State of Mind Family in rugby league so if you would like to support State of Mind that weekend get to a game, wear a tee-shirt, say hello to a volunteer and read a mental fitness card to explore 10 ways to keep yourself mentally fit!
