Michael Finnegan is officially launching State of Mind Rugby Union today at Blackheath Rugby Union club at the Sevens tournament at Eltham
Michael appeared on the TV Programme ‘School of Hard Knocks’ and coaches rugby union across London and Michael is hoping to deliver State of Mind sessions to all local rugby union clubs across London
Former British Lions, England, Sale Sharks, Leeds Carnegie, Edinburgh and now London Welsh player Andy Titterrell will be on hand to support Michael.
Phil Cooper from the 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will be joining Michael and helping to present with Andy to local businesses before the British Lions kick off the third and final decider of the test series against Australia
