State of Mind began in 2011 and we are formerly announcing that we have become a charity State of Mind Sport that wishes to harness the power of rugby league and sport to help improve mental fitness in rugby league teams, fans and communities

Since 2011 State of Mind has blazed a trail of delivering mental fitness sessions across the country and have worked alongside The Rugby Football League with Sporting Chance support for player welfare, Rugby League Cares, UK Sports Chaplains and League 13 (Super League Players Association).

The new Trustees have met and are planning the strategy over the next 5 years to continue to set goals and achieve them as we have helped partners in a range of other sports including rugby union, cricket, football, boxing Gaelic Football and Hurling.

We have delivered sessions to over 8000 people and we know as we have been told on numerous occasions that our presence and support has saved lives. State of Mind is a multi award winning project that has gained national and international recognition and has featured on Sky Sports, BBC Panorama and Inside Out. State of Mind has
been adopted in Australia and Ireland.

State of Mind would like to thank all the people and volunteers who have helped us reach and surpass our initial goals and we have ambition to continue our work and promoting rugby league and sport in general.

We have recently signed an agreement with the RFL and Rugby League Cares for this year and next year’s State of Mind Round of Fixtures with the next round being Round 20 in Super League from July 2nd to 5th.
