Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 took place from 13 to 19 May, on the theme of “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”.

Movement is important for our mental health. But so many of us struggle to move enough. We know there are many different reasons for this, so this Mental Health Awareness Week we want to help people to find moments for movement in their daily routines. Going for a walk in your local area, putting on your favourite music and dancing around the living room, chair exercises when you’re watching television – it all counts!

State of Mind Sport embraced Mental Health Awareness Week by securing 50 places in the Halton 10k or Half Marathon Jubilee Bridge Races in Halton on June 2nd. If you feel able to move that much then check out the information below and join us

We have a few spaces available on our team for the event, which will begin on Sunday 2 June 2024 at Silver Jubilee Bridge in Runcorn.

Entry into the Jubilee 10K is £10 plus a booking fee with an agreement to raise £40, while entry into the half marathon is £15 plus a booking fee with an agreement to raise £120.
