Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, Widnes Vikings and State of Mind Sport have teamed up to support the ‘Extra Time’ group at Widnes Vikings DCBL Stadium

The group meetings have been a regular feature and are now going to move up another level with funding from Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and input from State of Mind Sport to provide an innovative project to help support all those people who attend the group on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm

The first session will take place Tuesday 19th April when Dr Phil Cooper MBE will be in attendance to ask the group to guide the sessions over the next 12 months by completng a really short questionnaire and then the sessions will be planned with the needs of the group and the goal to increase awareness of the Zero Suicide Alliance’s work and devising safety plans and many other options

The Vikings will be focusing a home game later in the season around the work in the Extra Time group so watch this space for more and more exciting announcements throughout the season.
