Catalans’ duo Greg Bird and Jodie Broughton underwent scans to determine the extent of their respective injuries after leaving the field during the game against Leeds at Headingley.
The pair underwent scans on injuries picked up in the defeat to Leeds Rhinos on Friday night
Greg Bird has been ruled out for six to eight weeks with a broken thumb and will undergo surgery on Monday and Broughton will be out for 4-6 months
Jodie Broughton has suffered a torn bicep and will also undergo surgery on Friday. The Catalans winger is side-lined for 4 to 6 months.
