Cardinal Newman student Charlie Cooper has been volunteering to find out about our work since October

Cardinal Newman in Warrington is a Catholic High school https://www.cardinal-newman.org.uk/index.php and a year 9 student Charlie Cooper has been finding out about our work

Charlie has tried out the Virtual Reality Rugby League referee experience ‘Be The Ref’ and learned about the mental fitness sessions we deliver with former men’s and women’s rugby league players, a referee and a media specialist.

The mental fitness sessions are delivered in schools, colleges, universities, sports clubs and businesses. The charity delivers Mental Health First Aid training and support ‘Extra Time’ sessions at Warrington Wolves and Widnes Vikings rugby league clubs.

Charlie has looked at the free mental fitness e-learning course https://stateofmindsport.org/what-we-do/state-of-mind-free-e-learning/

State of Mind Sport would like to thank Charlie for his interest and support
