The State of Mind health and wellbeing sessions rolled into the Bluebell centre in Huyton last week where a new presenter, Ian Knott made his debut

The session was part of the 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust campaign to promote the new health and wellbeing centre based at the Hollins Park site in Warrington

The health and wellbeing centre opens 24 hours a day for both service users and staff based at the site

Ian Knott the former Warrington, Leigh and Wakefield Trinity player experienced horrific injuries that ended his playing career and resulted in permanent difficulties walking and is in constant pain.Knotty

His story was received extremely warmly by the people attending the session including 5 Boroughs Chair Bernard Pilkington
