The H&WB Centre is based at Hollins Park hospital and is open to all staff from all boroughs, as well as service users

· It is a one-story building set in the ground of Hollins Park, behind the De La Mare restaurant.

· The centre has a gym with a range of equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and weights

· It also features a separate room for occupational health sessions and activity classes

· It has male, female and disabled changing/shower facilities

· The gym is now open for existing members and will be available to new members when it is officially launched in the next few weeks (not sure of exact date yet!)

· All staff will need to have an official induction before they can use the gym

· The centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to cater for staff working night shifts.

Being active can help keep you mentally fit
