Mike Caulfield a mental health nurse with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is taking on a State of Mind 40/120 challenge in Mental health awareness week
Mike has been getting some more miles in the legs for the 40/120 challenge that he is doing.
