Paul Sculthorpe has received his MBE in recognition of his achievements as a Rugby League player and his unstinting charitable work.

Apart from a fantastic playing career Scully has done tons of work with the Steve Prescott Foundation, a State of Mind presenter, Joining Jack fundraiser, mobility scooter retrieval expert and potential life saver!
Scully is truly a role model who has inspired thousands of youngsters to play Rugby League.
Sculthorpe began his career at Warrington Wolves before joining St Helens for a world record fee in 1997. He won 26 caps for Great Britain.
During his time with Saints Sculthorpe won four Grand Finals, three Challenge Cups and two World Club Challenges. In 2002 he became the first player to retain the Man of Steel award.
