My staying at home goals include

Reading a book for a least 30 minutes every day

Eating breakfast outside in the garden as I am lucky enough to have that space at home

Trying to walk a minimum of 6000 steps every day

Keep in a routine every day

Keep well hydrated drinking two litres of water every day
