State of Mind will be delivering two mental fitness sessions later this week

The first session this week will be for the coaches of teams at the clubs and takes place on Wednesday 5th February at 7:30

The presenters for the first session will be St. Helens playing legend Phil Veivers and former Warrington, Wakefield and Leigh centurions player Ian Knott

The second session will take place on Wednesday 19th February at 7:30pm where Ian Knott will be joined by former Wigan Warriors player Danny Sculthorpe

If you can get to the sessions then you will surely be impressed by the work taking place in grassroots rugby league to look after the mental fitness of players

State of Mind would like to thank Paul Levick 07834 282773 who has organised the event and can be contacted if you need any further information for the opportunity
